政府在农村法律援助中有所作为是政府的性质和设立目的的体现,也是我国农村经济社会发展的现实要求。应合理配置不同政府职能部门的农村法律援助职责,充分调动社会组织等主体的农村法律援助积极性,提升公务员的法律素质,完善经费保障机制,以使农村法律援助中政府作为成效的实现。
What the government has done in legal aid in rural areas is the embodiment of the nature of the government and the purpose of its establishment. It is also a realistic requirement of the economic and social development in rural areas of our country. The responsibility of rural legal aid in different government departments should be rationally allocated, the enthusiasm of rural legal aid such as social organizations should be fully mobilized, the legal quality of civil servants should be improved, and the funding guarantee mechanism should be improved so that the government in rural legal aid can be realized as a result.
