论述采用CNC交流伺服驱动控制及高精度机械传动零部件组成的多自由度伺服螺旋传动系统中的主要误差来源.在实验的基础上,分析讨论了影响机构位置精度与运动精度的主要因素并特别指出了系统调整不当导致的误差影响和应当补偿的误差,其实验结果对系统设计有较高的参考价值.
Discusses the main sources of error in a multi-degree-of-freedom servo-driven screw drive system that uses CNC AC servo drive control and high-precision mechanical transmission components. On the basis of the experiment, the main factors that influence the position accuracy and the movement accuracy of the mechanism are analyzed and discussed, especially the errors caused by improper system adjustment and the errors that should be compensated are pointed out. The experimental results have higher reference value for system design.
