目的 :探讨原癌基因c -myc、bcl-2在皮肤鳞状细胞癌 (SCC)的发病中影响细胞增殖的作用。 方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法检测 3 3例SCC组织中c -myc、bcl-2的表达情况。 结果 :c -myc基因蛋白的表达在SCC组比正常皮肤组显著增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而bcl-2基因蛋白的表达在SCC组与正常皮肤组之间无显著性差异。c -myc基因蛋白的表达在SCC低分化组与高分化组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,在SCC低分化组与中分化组、中分化组与高分化组之间无显著性差异。bcl -2基因蛋白的表达在 3组之间无显著性差异。c -myc与bcl-2在SCC组织中的表达呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :推测c -myc的过度表达是促进细胞增殖、导致SCC发生的原因之一。Bcl-2在SCC的发生中主要不是通过促进细胞增殖而发挥作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of proto-oncogenes c-myc and bcl-2 in the pathogenesis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods: The expression of c-myc and bcl-2 in 33 SCC tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. RESULTS: The expression of c-myc gene protein was significantly increased in SCC group compared with normal skin group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of bcl-2 gene protein between SCC group and normal skin group. The expression of c-myc gene protein was significantly different between the poorly differentiated group and the highly differentiated group (P < 0.05). There was no difference between the SCC poorly differentiated group and the moderately differentiated group, the moderately differentiated group and the highly differentiated group. Significant difference. There was no significant difference in the expression of bcl-2 gene protein between the three groups. The expression of c-myc and bcl-2 was negatively correlated with SCC (P < 0.05). Conclusion: It is speculated that the overexpression of c-myc is one of the reasons that promote cell proliferation and lead to SCC. In the development of SCC, Bcl-2 mainly does not play a role by promoting cell proliferation.
