目的:观察益肾活血片配合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,各40例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益肾活血片治疗。治疗3月。结果:总有效率治疗组85.0%,对照组67.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3月时治疗组尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平减少,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。2组血清肤抑素水平无明显变化,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效明显优于单用西医治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenhuoxue Tablet combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Eighty diabetic patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Yishenhuoxue Tablet based on the control group. Treatment of March. Results: The total effective rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Treatment of 3 months when the treatment group, urinary albumin, HbA1c levels decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of serum estrastatin between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is better than that of western medicine alone.
