概要介绍了悬挂建筑结构的性质，提出悬挂比及悬挑比的概念。重点分析了中央核筒悬挂建筑结构的受力性能及一般计算原则。最后提出了悬挂结构的减振分析模型，表明悬挂建筑结构有良好的抗震性能。
The nature of the suspended building structure was outlined and the concepts of suspension ratio and overhang ratio were proposed. The stress performance and general calculation principles of the central nuclear cylinder suspension building structure are analyzed. Finally, a damping analysis model of the suspension structure is proposed to show that the suspension structure has good seismic performance.
