Huang Changyong, male, Beijing. He had two records in public security organs: he was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment for theft in October 1978 and was released in October 1981; 3 years of forced labor was taught for theft in March 1982; and de-laboring was lifted in 1985. In 1992, Huang Chang-yong heard that while making “border trade” between China and the Soviet Union (the former Soviet Union) made a huge sum of money, he came to Russia. Want to make big money is not willing to spend energy, Huang Changyong arrived in Moscow soon after, there is a problem of survival. Just as he was in a dilemma, several “good brothers” found him and negotiated the path to making big money: looting the international trains of China and the Soviet Union. At that time, the Soviet Union was in a period of political turmoil and economic imbalance. The light industry and the civilian trade between China and the Soviet Union formed a private market. Some Chinese transported goods to the Soviet Union in the form of chartered trains and sleeper boxes. Huang Changyong a group of robbers to discuss the train means robbery such a train, robbery of Chinese goods, and then resold their own hands for no sale. In the same year in May, the Huangtou and Zhang et al. Successively robbed three boxes on three international trains bound for Moscow in Beijing for a total of 2,060 yuan, 2,100 yuan and 400,000 rubles. Huang Changyong and his gang became one of several groups that stunned the country in the “series of robbery, rape and murder of Chinese and Soviet international trains” at that time. On December 14, 1993, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a letter 95 (93) 95 No. arrest book, arresting Huang Changyong on suspicion of robbery.
