农民群众的参合意愿以及对新型农村合作医疗制度相关内容的选择对于保证该项制度的可持续性及制度改良具有重要意义。新型农村合作医疗制度的改良应适当提高补偿标准和补助水平、提高管理人员积极性及加强宣传、建立有效的监督机制。
The willingness of the peasants to join their ranks and the choice of the relevant content of the new rural cooperative medical system are of great significance for ensuring the sustainability of the system and improving the system. The improvement of the new rural cooperative medical system should be appropriately raised the level of compensation standards and subsidies, improve the enthusiasm of managers and strengthen publicity, and establish an effective oversight mechanism.
