创建“学习型社会”是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。创建学习型社会是一项长期而系统的工程。为了顺利完成这一工程 ,一要在全社会积极营造一种全民学习的浓厚气氛 ;二要努力构建比较完善的全民学习教育体系 ;三要认真设计各类丰富多彩、形式多样的学习活动载体 ;四要建立健全行之有效的考核激励机制 ;五要切实加强对各类学习创建工作的领导
Creating “Learning Society” is an Important Goal of Building an All-round Well-off Society. Creating a learning society is a long-term and systematic project. In order to successfully complete this project, it is necessary to actively create a thick atmosphere of learning by all people in society as a whole. Second, we must strive to build a relatively complete universal learning and education system. Third, we must earnestly design various types of vehicles with rich and varied learning activities.
