我科半年来用胡椒粉治疗流行性腮腺炎20例,均收到满意效果。兹将病后入院较早的18例治疗情况介绍如下(2例病后入院较迟未算在内)一、病例分析1.性别与年龄:18例中,男性15例,女性5例;成人8例,儿童10例,最大年龄33岁,最小年龄9个月。2.临床症状:18例中发病一天入院8例,2天5例,3天5例。18例均有发热期,入院时3例体温正常,15例有不同程度的发热,最高达39℃(腋下)。单侧肿者7例,双侧肿者11例。
