編輯同志:我校有五十五優老師。他們過去都是受的舊教育,沒有樹立起為人民服務的思想,所以在教學上存在著不負責任,自由散漫的作風。儘管同學們提意見,他們還是滿不在乎。可是自從老師們參加了思想改造運動以後,經過了同學們的提意見和老師間的互相幫助,他們都把那些不負責任、管教不管會的思想清除了,開始樹立起真正的人民教師的思想。所以在這學期一開始,教師們都訂了教學計畫,上第一堂就檢討了自己過去的思想是不對的,有的並且說:「以後要和同學們共同研究、討論怎様使同學們學好,更要時時刻刻地負起責來,決不鬆懈」。 現在我們每逢講過一課書,上自習的時候,老師就來輔導自習,給同學解決疑難。尤其是各個級任老師對同學們的學習、生活各方面都照顧得很周到。最近在愛國衛生運動中,老師都親自拔草、抬土,表現出老師的思想進步了。
Editor comrades: my school has 55 gifted teacher. In the past, they were all subjected to the old education and did not establish the idea of serving the people. Therefore, there was an irresponsible and free-spirited approach to teaching. Despite the students' opinions, they still did not care. However, since the teachers took part in the ideological reform movement, after passing the suggestions of their classmates and helping each other, they all cleared up the irresponsible and unregulated ideas and started to establish the true thinking of the people's teachers . Therefore, at the beginning of this semester, teachers all set up teaching programs. On the first occasion, it was wrong to review their own past thinking. Some said: “We should study together with our students to discuss how to make our students We should study hard, but we must hold our responsibility all the time and never relax. ” Now when we talked about a lesson, on the self-study time, the teacher came to counseling self-study, to solve problems for students. In particular, teachers at all levels take good care of students in all aspects of their studies and life. Recently, in the Patriotic Health Campaign, the teachers all tried to pull grass and carry earth, showing that the teacher's thinking has improved.
