一种经改进的充气工程机械轮胎。轮辋凸缘具有与轮胎胎圈部外侧接触的轴向内表面。各胎圈部具有与轮辋凸缘径向内侧接触的表面。当将轮胎装在轮辋上,在未充气和未加载时,与轮辋凸缘径向内侧接触的表面开始与轮辋凸缘终止接触,从轮胎轮辋断面和轮辋凸缘部的某一点岔开。岔开的点处于与轮辋凸缘表面相切并通过与径向线L2形成0~15°的直线L1上。径向线L2经过岔开的点并与旋转轴正交。本发明轮胎具有包卷各钢丝圈的子午线结构钢丝补强层。该补强层在钢丝圈的径向外表面与轮辋凸缘部的径向外表面之间具有弯曲点。
An improved inflatable construction machinery tire. The rim flange has an axially inner surface in contact with the outside of the bead portion of the tire. Each bead portion has a surface in contact with the radially inner side of the rim flange. When the tire is mounted on the rim, the surfaces in contact with the radially inner side of the rim flange begin to come into contact with the rim flange termination, diverging from the tire rim section and a portion of the rim flange portion, when uninflated and unloaded. The diverging point is on a straight line L1 tangent to the rim flange surface and passing through 0 to 15 with the radial line L2. The radial line L2 passes through the divergent point and is orthogonal to the rotation axis. The tire of the present invention has a meridian steel wire reinforcing layer wrapped around the bead rings. The reinforcing layer has a point of inflection between the radially outer surface of the traveler and the radially outer surface of the rim flange portion.
