胶结充填体的时效性往往影响着采矿工程的长期稳定性。为分析胶结充填体的蠕变特性,进行了单轴蠕变试验。采用BLW-3000微机控制剪切蠕变试验机对灰砂比为1∶6浓度70%的胶结充填体在0.75应力水平下进行单轴压缩蠕变试验。试验结果和数据分析表明:在0.75应力水平下胶结充填体具有明显的衰减蠕变和等速蠕变阶段,并未显示出加速蠕变过程。其应变速率与时间呈指数衰减关系;变形模量随时间可用Logistic函数进行描述。采用伯格斯模型描述充填体蠕变特性并对参数进行辨识,拟合结果与试验数据可很好的吻合。
The timeliness of cemented filling often affects the long-term stability of mining engineering. To analyze the creep characteristics of cemented filling bodies, a uniaxial creep test was carried out. The BLW-3000 computer-controlled shear creep testing machine was used to test the uniaxial compressive creep test under the condition of 0.75 stress level for the cemented filling body with 70% sand and sand ratio of 1: 6. The experimental results and data analysis show that cemented filler body has obvious decay creep and constant creep stages at 0.75 stress level, and does not show accelerated creep process. The strain rate and the time exponential decay relationship; deformation modulus with time can be described by Logistic function. The Burgers model is used to describe the creep characteristics of the filling body and to identify the parameters. The fitting results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
