中学课改实施以来,许多学校的体育教学随之进行了一系列重要改革,促进了学校教育教学的发展,但教学中有一些体育教师并没完全正确理解新课程理念,抛弃了原来的教学方法模式,忽视了运动实践课中的生理负荷以及强度,重体育课堂形式而不注重实效等等。因此,能否正确理解新课程理念对于我们上好体育与健康课程十分重要。
Since the implementation of curriculum reform in middle schools, many schools have followed a series of important reforms in their physical education so as to promote the development of school education. However, some PE teachers in teaching did not fully understand the concepts of the new curriculum and abandoned the original teaching methods Mode, neglecting the physiological load and intensity in the exercise practice class, focusing on the form of physical education classroom without paying attention to actual results and so on.
