从华中五味子果实中分离得一新木质素酯类化合物,定名为五味子酯甲。根据药理及初步临床试验结果表明五味子酯甲是此植物中抗病毒性肝炎的有效成分之一。五味子酯甲经质谱及元素分析确证其分子式为C_(30)H_(32)O_9。此化合物经10%氢氧化钾甲醇溶液处理得理论量的相应羟基化合物五味子醇甲(C_(23)H_(28)O_8)及苯甲酸。经紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及质谱测定,证明五味子酯甲及五味子醇甲的结构分别为Ⅰ_a及Ⅰ_b。应用双照射实验及分子内核Overhauser效应测定,进一步确定了五味子酯甲中各功能基团的位置及构象,如Ⅱ所示。
A new lignosyl ester compound was isolated from the fruit of Schisandra chinensis, and named Schisandra chinensis. According to pharmacological and preliminary clinical trial results show that Schisandra ester A is one of the active ingredients of antiviral hepatitis in this plant. Schisandra ester A confirmed by mass spectrometry and elemental analysis of the formula C_ (30) H_ (32) O_9. The compound was treated with 10% methanolic potassium hydroxide to obtain the corresponding hydroxyl compound Schisandrin A (C_ (23) H_ (28) O_8) and benzoic acid. The structures of Schisandra ester A and Schisandra chinensis A were identified as Ⅰ_a and Ⅰ_b by UV, IR, 1HNMR and MS respectively. Double irradiation experiment and molecular kernel Overhauser effect determination further confirmed the position and conformation of each functional group in Schisandra ester A, as shown in II.
