延迟退休年龄，之所以引起社会极大关注，在于它事关每个人的切身利益，与每个人的生活质量息息相关。应该说从理性和长远角度看“延迟退休年龄”是一种“必然趋势”。关键是如何完善社会保障体系建设，养老保险制度建设，解决好就业问题、公平问题，通过良性制度设计、运行达到“减轻缴费负担，提高养老待遇”的效果。
