黄一璜:最近《深圳晚报》的陈远忠又被选入了98年度WPP Master Class,这已是入选的第4位中国青年摄影师了。有趣的是黄文、你(孙京涛)、刘昕、陈远忠都是中国人民大学新闻系摄影专业毕业的,作为“局内人”,你怎么看这种现象? 孙京涛:直到今天,中国摄影界一直没有人来讨论这种现象。很多人在很大程度上可能有这样的感觉,认为我们之所以能入选WPP Master Class,是因为我们所拍的照片比较对WPP Master Class组织者的口味。尽管这种说法本身不无偏颇、但就是没人去探究为什么我们就能对上这些人的口味?而别人为什么不能?我们可以考察一下,如果你的照片(我指的是报道摄影领域)没能对上WPP的口味的话,你做的是什么摄影?与此同时,我们这些人(指黄、孙、刘、陈)很显然都受过高等教育,而且都是在中国人民大学摄影专业学习过的,为什么我们不去跟“风”反而“对位”了——我不喜欢“接轨”这个词(起初我也用过,后来感觉这个词不准
