借助现代化检测手段对铝板黑条缺陷进行了形貌、成分等分析研究，根据分析结果提出了产生缺陷的原因，并确定了预防措施。
With the help of modern testing methods, the morphology and composition of aluminum black bars defects were analyzed and analyzed. According to the analysis results, the causes of defects and the preventive measures were determined.
