目的评价某火力发电厂脱硫改造工程的职业病危害程度,提出防护对策和建议。方法选择与该项目相似的工程进行类比调查,采用检查表法、类比法,进行定性、定量分析评价。结果类比现场,在正常生产下,重铬酸盐、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、三氧化硫、氯化氢、石灰石粉尘、石膏粉尘和高温均符合要求,噪声L_(EX,8 h)结果除1#综合楼巡检岗为87.3 d B(A)超标外,其余L_(EX,8 h)值在71.2~80.5 d B(A)之间。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。企业应按照报告书建议对职业病危害因素防护措施进行完善。
Objective To evaluate the degree of occupational hazards of the desulphurization retrofit project of a thermal power plant and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for protection. Methods Select the project similar to the project for analogy investigation, the use of checklist method, analogy, qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results Analogous to the site, under normal production, dichromate, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, hydrogen chloride, limestone dust, gypsum dust and high temperature were all met, noise L_ (EX, 8 h ) Results Except for the 87.3 d B (A) inspection post in No.1 Complex Building, the remaining L_ (EX, 8 h) values ranged from 71.2 to 80.5 d B (A). Conclusion This project belongs to a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases. Enterprises should follow the recommendations of the report on occupational hazards factors to improve protective measures.
