高风温无焰燃烧具有高效节能、低NOx 污染、缩小装置尺寸等优点。高温空气气化能处理低热值燃料 ,并产生较高热值燃气。此新型燃烧和气化技术的关键是高温空气的生成。经济紧凑、可极限回收余热的蜂窝式陶瓷蓄热体的成功开发 ,大幅度地降低了高温空气的生产成本 ,促进了此新型燃烧和气化技术的发展。分析高温空气、高风温无焰燃烧、高温空气气化的原理和关键技术 ,为开发高温空气资源 ,推广新型燃烧和气化技术创造条件。
High temperature, flameless combustion with high efficiency and energy saving, low NOx pollution, reduce device size and so on. High temperature air gasification can process low calorific value fuels and generate higher calorific value gas. The key to this new combustion and gasification technology is the generation of hot air. The successful development of a compact, regenerative honeycomb ceramic regenerator with extreme heat recovery has drastically reduced the production costs of high-temperature air and facilitated the development of this new combustion and gasification technology. Analysis of the principle and key technologies of high temperature air, flameless combustion of high temperature, high temperature air gasification, and the creation of conditions for developing high temperature air resources and popularizing new combustion and gasification technologies.
