单疱病毒性角脱炎由单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染所致,是眼科的一种常见病,占致盲眼病的重要部分。本病病程迁延,容易复发,治疗方法虽多由于缺乏特效药物常使本病造成严重后果。目前所使用的各种抗病毒药物虽然有一定疗效,但仍不同程度存在某些毒副作用和抗药性,复发问题仍未得到解决。有鉴于此,本文作者之一黄树春根据病毒怕苦而联想到使用丁香叶煎剂治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎。自1970年以来临床应用200余例,因资料散失,由本文另一作者邢美玉自1983年7月重新积累资料,报告30例,治愈
