盐害是樱桃番茄设施栽培中面临的主要问题之一。为了给樱桃番茄抗盐育种提供理论依据和参考,本研究以耐盐性差异显著的两个品种京丹5号和小圆枣为试材,研究了不同浓度的盐胁迫对樱桃番茄幼苗形态指标的影响。结果表明:相对于株高和根长,叶面积的减小对盐胁迫更为敏感。153 mmol/L的NaCl胁迫15d时的主根长对樱桃番茄品种间耐盐性的区分有一定的参考作用。
Salt damage is one of the main problems facing cherry tomato cultivation.
