Products and architecture are now talking about the so-called cross-border, designers and artists, artists and architects, fashion brands and artists cooperation, etc., but at the beginning of Cologne Furniture Fair, DOSHI LEVIEN brought Different cross-space concepts, DAS HAUS-INTERIORS ON STAGE, designed by London-based pioneer design group DOSHI LEVIEN, mix different spatial attributes such as where in the past people defined the kitchen as just where food was prepared and then You can go to the drawing-room to have a meal, but nowadays people may chat late in the kitchen with a small party, and the kitchen becomes a new place for gathering, and the living room may be a space for meditation. In this way, DAS HAUS explores the indoor activities and redefines the traditional concept of space. It redefines and forms the relationship between space and space through different functional areas such as eating, sleeping, bathing, socializing and work. The designers think “It is especially important for us to challenge the concept of clichés in bedrooms, kitchens or bathrooms.”
