低扬程泵站的节能技术改造

聊城市位于鲁西平原,泵站的扬程普遍较低(一般在1.5~4m),水泵多为轴流泵,且以28ZLB—7O型为主。泵站的模式和存在的问题大体相同。通过对一些站试点测试,全市现有泵站的平均效率仅40%,远低于规范要求,浪费能源的问题相当严重。为了找出低扬程 Liaocheng City is located in the western Shandong Plain, pumping station generally low head (usually 1.5 ~ 4m), the pump is mostly axial pump, and 28ZLB-7O-based.
