经济发展,交通先行。云南省特殊的地理位置和地形地貌,决定了在各种交通方式中公路交通占据绝对的主导地位。要发展经济,首先发展公路交通。发展公路交通,兴建公路,需要大量的建设资金。除国家和地方配套的部分资金外,要大量依靠融资解决。本文就我省公路建设中可以考虑的主要筹融资渠道、融资产生风险以及如何防范进行探讨,提出建议。
Economic development, traffic first. The special geographic location and topography of Yunnan Province determine that road traffic occupies the absolute dominant position in all modes of transport. To develop the economy, we must first develop road transport. To develop road traffic and build roads need a lot of construction funds. In addition to supporting some of the national and local funds, to rely heavily on financing to solve. In this paper, highway construction in our province can be considered major financing channels, financing risks and how to prevent discussions, make recommendations.
