目的探究在手足口病普通型的临床诊治过程中应用甘露消毒丹加减方诊治方案的治疗结果。方法抽取2015年10月-2016年10月,该院接收诊治的患有手足口病普通型病症患儿96例作为研究样本,均为该院依据相应标准确诊的患有手足口病普通型病症患儿,将其随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组给予以往最常采取的治疗方式展开诊治,观察组则在对照组基础上增添甘露消毒丹加减方诊治方案,观察并比较两组治疗有效率及相关临床指标。结果给予相应治疗后,观察组治疗结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为97.92%,相较于对照组对应数值85.42%,呈现显著增加趋势(P<0.05);在退热时间、口腔溃疡症状恢复时间、手足皮疹消退时间及患者康复时间等临床指标方面,观察组对应时间结果相比于对照组,均呈现显著下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论在手足口病普通型的临床诊治过程中应用甘露消毒丹加减方诊治方案,治疗结果显著,对患者治疗有效率的提升具有积极意义,同时有助于缩减患者退热时间、口腔溃疡症状恢复时间、手足皮疹消退时间及康复时间。
Objective To explore the treatment of common hand-foot-mouth disease in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of application of Ganlu disinfection Danjiafang treatment results. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 96 children with common type of hand, foot and mouth disease who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital were selected as the research samples, all of whom were diagnosed as normal type of hand, foot and mouth disease Children, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was given the most commonly used treatment to start treatment, the observation group was added to the control group on the basis of Ganlu disinfection Danjiafang treatment program to observe and compare the two groups of treatment efficiency and related clinical indicators. Results After the corresponding treatment, the treatment group in the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The effective rate in the observation group was 97.92%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (85.42%) (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the corresponding time points in the observation group showed a significant decreasing trend (P <0.05) in terms of the time of fever relief, the recovery time of oral ulcer symptoms, the regression time of hand-foot rash and the recovery time of patients. Conclusions The common treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the application of Ganlu Dan Danjiafang treatment program, the treatment of significant results in patients with effective treatment to enhance the positive, while helping to reduce the patient’s antipyretic time, oral ulcer symptoms Recovery time, hand-foot rash subsided time and recovery time.
