产业结构是衡量经济发展水平和体现国民经济整体素质的重要标志,“十二五”时期,必须兼顾经济总量增长和产业结构调整。本文根据世界产业结构演进一般规律,对改革开放后我国三次产业结构演进进行回顾,指出当前我国产业结构中出现的矛盾和问题,预测“十二五”期间三次产业发展的趋势,并提出产业结构优化的对策。
The industrial structure is an important indicator of the level of economic development and the overall quality of the national economy. During the “Twelfth-Five-Year Plan”, we must take both economic growth and industrial restructuring into consideration. Based on the general rules of the evolution of the industrial structure in the world, this paper reviews the evolution of China’s three industrial structures since the reform and opening up, points out the contradictions and problems in China’s industrial structure, and forecasts the three industrial development trends during the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” The Countermeasures of Industrial Structure Optimization.
