习近平总书记出访中亚提出的构建政策沟通、道路联通、贸易畅通、货币流通、民心相通的“丝绸之路经济带”战略构想,是统筹国内国际两个大局、深化与丝路沿线国家经贸、人文、科技等多领域合作交流,助推“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦实现的重大战略举措。构建丝绸之路经济带彰显了党中央营造良好发展环境的国际视野。和平稳定的国际环境
General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit to Central Asia put forward the strategic concept of “establishing the economic belt of the Silk Road” as proposed by Central Asia in building the policy of “communication of the policy of the Silk Road,” including policy and communication, road connectivity, trade flow, currency circulation and people's livelihood. It is to coordinate overall domestic and international situations and deepen cooperation with countries along the Silk Road Economic and trade cooperation, humanities, science and technology, and other major areas to boost the “two hundred and one hundred” goals and the major strategic move taken by the Chinese nation to realize the great rejuvenation of China's dream. The construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt shows the CPC Central Committee's vision of creating a favorable environment for development. Peaceful and stable international environment
