本文检测了鲱鱼精DNA水溶液和经UVA和UVB紫外线辐射后的拉曼光谱。研究结果表明,尽管该区段紫外辐射远比UVC照射对DNA影响小,但经过较长时间辐射仍会对鲱鱼精DNA造成损伤,首先受影响的是碱基嘧啶和脱氧核糖。
This article tested herring sperm DNA aqueous solution and Raman spectra after UVA and UVB UV radiation. The results show that, although the UV radiation of the zone far less than the UVC irradiation on DNA, but after a long time radiation will still herring sperm DNA damage, the first affected by the base pyrimidine and deoxyribose.
