目的:回顾并分析妊娠期甲状腺功能筛查的指标,研究对妊娠结果的影响。方法:选取我院产科2013年8月-2013年12月200例进行甲状腺功能检测的患者,分为对照组和亚临床甲减组,并对其筛查的结果进行分析比较,研究对孕妇不良妊娠结局的差异。结果:对亚临床甲减组和对照组的不良妊娠结局进行分析比较,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:进行甲状腺功能的筛查对于减少不良的妊娠结局具有非常重要的意义。
Objective: To review and analyze the indexes of thyroid function during pregnancy and to study the effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods: A total of 200 patients with thyroid function test from August 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital were divided into control group and subclinical hypothyroidism group. The screening results were analyzed and compared to study the adverse effects on pregnant women Differences in pregnancy outcomes. Results: The adverse pregnancy outcomes in subclinical hypothyroidism group and control group were analyzed and compared, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Screening for thyroid function is of great importance in reducing adverse pregnancy outcomes.
