采用脉冲熔融热导法并结合LECO TC—436氧氮分析仪测定铀铌合金中的氮,讨论了分析功率、助熔剂种类及称样量对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳分析条件。结果表明,本实验测定铀铌合金氮含量的相对标准偏差小于15%,氮的加标回收率为84%~93%,方法的检出下限为20μg/g,与经典凯氏蒸馏法测定的结果基本一致。
The pulse heat of fusion method and LECO TC-436 oxygen and nitrogen analyzer were used to determine the nitrogen in uranium-niobium alloy. The influences of power, flux type and sample weight on the determination results were discussed. The optimum analytical conditions were determined. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the determination of nitrogen in uranium-niobium alloy was less than 15% and the recovery of nitrogen was 84% -93%. The detection limit of this method was 20μg / g, which was in good agreement with the classical Kjeldahl distillation The results are basically the same.
