本文报道48例地中海贫血的分析资料。其中44例为β地中海贫血,4例为α地中海贫血。本组患儿中,男31例,女17例。在两岁以内初诊者占54％。有完整记录的37例中,28例于6个月以内,14例于7个月到两岁发现贫血症状。HbF定量检查,44例β地中海贫血患儿都有不同程度的HbF增高。HbF含量的多少与贫血程度不完全成比例。HbA_2增高主要见于HbF所占百分比较低的患儿。4例α地中海贫血是根据Hb电泳出现
This article reports 48 cases of thalassemia analysis data. Among them, 44 were β-thalassemia and 4 were α-thalassemia. The group of children, 31 males and 17 females. In the two-year-old first diagnosed accounted for 54%. Of the 37 patients with complete records, 28 were within 6 months and 14 were anemic at 7 months to two years of age. HbF quantitative examination, 44 cases of β-thalassemia children have varying degrees of HbF increased. The level of HbF is not exactly proportional to the degree of anemia. HbA 2 increased mainly seen in the lower percentage of HbF children. Four cases of alpha thalassemia were identified by Hb electrophoresis
