每一轮危机都会带来企业重组的高潮,那些财务报表不佳的企业被更健康的企业并购,会促进产业整体竞争力的提升,尤其是国际竞争力的提升。但是,中国装备制造业在本轮经济不景气中出现的重组苗头有些奇怪。
Each round of crises brings the climax of corporate reorganization. Mergers and acquisitions of enterprises with poor financial statements by more healthy enterprises will promote the overall competitiveness of the industry, especially the international competitiveness. However, the restructuring of China’s equipment manufacturing industry in this round of economic downturn is somewhat strange.
