目的了解某金铅冶炼厂职业病危害现状,为制定切实可行的职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对2007、2009、2010年该厂职业病危害因素监测与健康监护情况进行统计分析。结果生产环境中有害因素监测总合格率2007年为81%,2009年为92%,2010年为92%;其中铅尘合格率2007年为75%,2009年为100%,2010年为100%;铅烟合格率2007年为69%,2009年为96%,2010年为100%;健康检查结果显示,2007年接触的工人中检出铅烟(尘)疑似职业病人52人,检出率为16.67%;2009年检出疑似职业病人12人,检出率为5.58%。2010年接触的工人中检出铅烟(尘)疑似职业病人7人,检出率为6.48%。说明该单位2008年对设备改造有一定效果。结论该冶炼厂2009和2010年生产环境中有害因素监测总合格率虽然较2007年(81%)大幅提高,但噪声合格率仍偏低。该厂属于职业病危害严重的企业,应加强职业病危害因素监测与健康监护工作,切实保障劳动者的身体健康。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational diseases in a gold-lead smelter and provide a scientific basis for the development of practical countermeasures against occupational diseases. Methods The monitoring and health monitoring of occupational hazards in this plant in 2007, 2009 and 2010 were statistically analyzed. Results The total qualified rate of harmful factors monitoring in production environment was 81% in 2007, 92% in 2009 and 92% in 2010; Among them, the passing rate of lead dust was 75% in 2007, 100% in 2009 and 100% ; Lead pass rate of 69% in 2007, 96% in 2009 and 100% in 2010; health examination results show that in 2007 workers exposed to lead smoke (dust) suspected occupational patients 52, the detection rate 16.67%. In 2009, 12 suspected occupational patients were detected, with a detection rate of 5.58%. Among workers exposed in 2010, 7 were suspected occupational lead-dust (dust) occupancies, with a detection rate of 6.48%. Indicating that the unit in 2008 to transform the equipment have some effect. Conclusion Although the overall pass rate of harmful factors monitoring in the production environment of the smelter in 2009 and 2010 was significantly higher than that in 2007 (81%), the passing rate of noise was still low. The plant belongs to serious occupational hazards of enterprises, occupational disease hazards should be strengthened monitoring and health monitoring, and earnestly protect the health of workers.
