Arsenic is a widespread environmental poison in nature that is linked to many of human health problems. Epidemiology has confirmed that arsenic exposure can cause skin cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer. In recent years, the application of malignant transformed cells to arsenide carcinogenesis has aroused widespread attention; many reports reported that arsenic-induced cell transformation is due to interference with cell signaling. This review summarizes the establishment of a malignant transformation model and the molecular mechanism of signal transduction in the process of arsenic-induced malignant transformation. It provides a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanism of arsenic exposure and points out the future research directions.
