把从林县分离出的串珠镰刀菌(FM),或串珠镰刀菌,黄曲霉,白地霉,圆弧青霉(FAGP)分别接种于玉米面窝头。这两种霉变食物的提取物明显增加V_(79)细胞和中国地鼠骨髓细胞的姐妹染色单体交换。接种FAGP的窝头提取物,在加入肝微粒体酶制备物后,还能诱导V_(79)细胞6-琉基鸟嘌呤耐受突变种(6-TG耐受)。将V_(79)野生型细胞(6-TG敏感)和V_(79)突变型细胞(6-TG耐受)混合培养时,这两种提取物都可以增加6-TG耐受V_(79)细胞的集落形成率。初步实验结果指出,霉变窝头中可能包含致突变物和促癌物。食用霉变食物对林县食管癌的发生可能起重要作用。
Fusarium moniliforme (FM) isolated from Linxian, or Fusarium moniliforme, Aspergillus flavus, Geotrichum candidum, Penicillium arcicum (FAGP) were inoculated into cornmeal heads respectively. The extract of these two moldy foods significantly increased the sister chromatid exchange between V_(79) cells and Chinese hamster bone marrow cells. Inoculation of FAGP in the extracts from the head of a stoma can also induce a 6-thioguanine tolerant mutant (6-TG tolerance) in V_(79) cells after addition of a liver microsomal enzyme preparation. When V_(79) wild type cells (6-TG sensitive) and V_(79) mutant cells (6-TG resistant) were mixed, both extracts could increase 6-TG tolerance V_(79). The colony formation rate of the cells.
