教学工作是一项开发智力、培养能力、提高素质的复杂活动,教师应调动学生的积极情感,营造良好氛围,优化教学活动。情感作为一种中介力量,能促进知行统一,能增强意志能力,它通过人的主观体验,即通过内省——认同——内化来实现。研究表明,情感体验对认识具有牵引作用,对意志具有支撑作用,对动机具有定向作用。
Teaching work is a complex activity that develops intelligence, develops ability, and improves quality. Teachers should mobilize students’ positive emotions, create a good atmosphere, and optimize teaching activities. Emotion, as an intermediary force, can promote the unity of knowledge and actions and strengthen the ability of the will. It is achieved through human subjective experience, that is, through introspection-identification-internalization. Research shows that emotional experience has a traction effect on understanding, has a supportive effect on the will, and has a directional effect on motivation.
