造成学校中忙乱现象的原因,一方面是由于兼职多、会议多、汇报多……,这些都是需要纠正的。在另一方面,却是由于教师们不善于有计划地支配时间,因而增加了工作中的忙乱。如建湖县的方向小学和顾桥小学相距不远,客观环境一样,方向小学是单班,只有一个教师,因为有计划地支配了时间,基本上就没有忙乱现象。顾桥小学的教师由于没有计划,终日忙乱,工作效率很低。这说明了教师们发挥主观能动性,有计划地支配时间,乃是纠正忙乱现象、提高工作效率的一个重要环节。不少教师在尝试着订计划和按照计划工作,并获得一些初步的经验教训。
