本文在对小产权房的法律性质、产生原因等进行分析的基础上,就如何妥善处理已经存在的小产权房问题以及将来如何彻底解决这一问题进行了阐述,并提出了相关建议:首先,对已经存在的小产权房,要区分不同情况处理;其次,改革现行的农村建设用地使用权流转制度及完善相关配套制度。
