突发性聋是听神经瘤的罕见症状,Hallberg(1956)首次描述以突发性聋为首发症状的听神经瘤,随后一些作者也作了报导,共10例。本文报告4例,占著者收治44例听神经瘤的10%左右。3例为单侧病变,1例双例。全部病例呈感音性聋和不正常的前庭反应。3例一侧前庭功能减退;1例一侧前庭功能丧失,一侧减退。4例中只有1例伴有其他神经障碍。全部病例的内耳道X线摄片呈现扩大,8例做了小脑脑桥延髓池造影,均发现小脑脑桥角处有肿物,1例未做此项检查,但手术时发现该处也有肿物。4例患者均做了开颅手
Sudden deafness is a rare symptom of acoustic neuroma. Hallberg (1956) first described acoustic neuroma with sudden deafness as the first symptom, followed by some authors also reported in 10 cases. This article reports 4 cases, accounting for about 44% of patients with acoustic neuroma admitted to about 10%. 3 cases of unilateral lesions, 1 case of double cases. All cases were sensory hearing loss and abnormal vestibular response. Three cases of one side of the vestibular dysfunction; one case of loss of vestibular function, one side decreased. Only one of the four cases had other neurological disorders. All cases of internal auditory canal radiographs showed an enlargement, 8 cases of cerebellar pontine cistern pond angiography were found cerebellar pontine horn tumor, 1 case did not do this check, but the surgery found that there are also mass. All 4 patients underwent craniotomy
