亚硝酸钠在缺血、缺氧条件下可被还原为一氧化氮(NO),从而发挥其血管舒张、血管新生、细胞保护等缺血耐受作用;亚硝酸钠在正常氧组织中被氧化为无毒的硝酸钠,经尿液排出体外。亚硝酸钠对缺血性疾病已显示出明确的治疗潜力。本文对近年来亚硝酸钠在治疗多种缺血性疾病及其作用机制研究方面的进展进行综述,并对其存在的问题提出相应的解决办法。
Sodium nitrite can be reduced to nitric oxide (NO) under ischemic and hypoxic conditions to exert its ischemic tolerance such as vasodilation, angiogenesis and cytoprotection. Sodium nitrite is oxidized in normal oxygen tissue Non-toxic sodium nitrate, excreted by the urine. Sodium nitrite has shown definite therapeutic potential for ischemic disease. In this paper, the progress of sodium nitrite in the treatment of multiple ischemic diseases and its mechanism of action in recent years are reviewed, and the corresponding solutions to the existing problems are put forward.
