以紫果西番莲的腋芽萌发的芽苗为基础试材,以顶芽、茎节间和叶柄作为外植体,培养在改良MS培养基(大量元素减半)附加IBA1—4mgL-1、蔗糖2%的培养基上诱导生根,在IBA2和4mgL-1的条件下,顶芽生根率均为100%,在IBA2mgL-1的条件下,茎段和叶柄的生根率达80%;茎节间、根段和叶柄作为外植体,培养在改良MS培养基(大量元素减半)附加ZEA2、2.5或3mgL-1,蔗糖2%的培养基上诱导不定芽,在ZEA2,2.5和3mgL-1的条件下,茎段的长芽率均为100%,在ZEA2.5mgL-1的条件下,根段和叶柄的长芽率分别为33%和37%
Sprout buds of axillary buds of Passiflora vulgaris were used as explants.
