冬春季进行大棚蔬菜栽培时,当外界气温低于蔬菜正常生长的适宜温度下限时,栽培的蔬菜作物就会产生冻害或寒害。冬季当出现低温寡照的天气时,蔬菜生产将受到不良影响。特别是遇到连阴、降雨或降雪、降温的灾害性天气时,对喜温性的果菜类,如黄瓜、番茄、茄子等,危害性更大,轻者造成减产、减收,重者整个大棚冻死或绝收。
