目的了解CT引导下穿刺注入不同药物对结核性胸膜炎多发包裹的治疗效果。方法将36例结核性胸膜炎多发包裹患者随机分成尿激酶组和地塞米松组,各18例,在常规抗结核治疗同时行CT引导下穿刺抽液,分别向胸腔内注入异烟肼0.3 g/次和尿激酶20万单位/次,异烟肼0.3 g/次和地塞米松10 mg/次。结果尿激酶组胸水吸收优于地塞米松组。结论联合CT引导穿刺抽液注射尿激酶治疗包裹性胸腔积液效果较好。
Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of CT-guided puncture injection of different drugs on multiple paroxysmal tuberculosis pleurisy. Methods Thirty-six patients with tuberculous pleurisy were randomly divided into urokinase group and dexamethasone group, 18 cases in each group. At the same time, CT-guided puncture and aspiration were performed in routine anti-tuberculosis treatment, and intrapleural injection of isoniazid 0.3 g / Times and urokinase 200,000 units / time, isoniazid 0.3 g / time and dexamethasone 10 mg / time. Results Urokinase group pleural effusion better than dexamethasone group. Conclusion The combination of CT-guided puncture fluid injection of urokinase is better than that of encapsulated pleural effusion.
