“绿色教育”是赋予教育以生命本性的一种教育理念。班级绿色文化以民主、平等、和谐和人性化为主要内涵,要求班主任从学生的心灵出发,以教师高尚的人格为动力,与学生进行灵魂深处的对话。班级绿色文化的营造没有现成的模式和框框,在具体问题具体分析的前提下,班主任可从绿色物质景观、绿色文化制度及绿色成长通道等方面进行具体的思考与实践。
“Green Education ” is an educational philosophy that gives education the nature of life. Class culture of green with democracy, equality, harmony and humanity as the main content, require the head teacher from the student’s mindset, with the teacher’s noble personality as a driving force, and students soul dialogue. Under the precondition of concrete analysis of concrete problems, the class teacher can carry out concrete thinking and practice from such aspects as green material landscape, green cultural system and green growth channel.
