当前司法改革正在不断深化,完善检察制度要求检察环节司法公开,检察机关终结性法律文书公开是检务公开的重要组成部分。文章从深入司法改革的背景出发,探索建立检察机关终结性法律文书公开制度。
At present, the judiciary reform is being deepened. Improving the procuratorial system requires the procuratorial process to make judicature open. The procuratorial organs’ closing legal instruments are an important component of procuratorial work openness. Based on the background of in-depth judicial reform, this article explores the establishment of an open system of final legal instruments of procuratorial organs.
