为深入贯彻落实部消防局《关于深入推进战勤保障体系建设的意见》和《辽宁省消防部队2016-2018年战勤保障体系建设三年规划(稿)》,就消防部队如何建立“营区设置功能化、物资储备模块化、装备维修专业化、战勤保障社会化、作战指挥编程化、管理运行正规化”的战勤保障新模式,进一步构建大战勤保障体系谈几点思考。
