浙江省温州市是个教育大市,有近12万中小学教师。我们通过随机调查发现,许多教师愿意参加读书会活动和教育电影沙龙,期待与书籍作者、教育学者对话交流。但若经常举办面对面的读书会(或电影沙龙),就会涉及活动经费、活动场地等诸多问题。为了解决这个难题,并避免让各方参与者舟车劳顿,我们提出了一个办法:举办网络读书会(网络电影沙龙)。我们首先建立了教师网络读书会专用QQ群,拟定了QQ群规则。群规包括实名制入群、群活动安排、平日发言规则、沙龙发言规则和退群等五个方面的具体要求。
Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province is an education market, nearly 120,000 primary and secondary school teachers. Through random surveys, we found that many teachers are willing to participate in reading activities and education of movie salons and look forward to dialogue with book authors and educators. However, if face-to-face reading sessions (or movie salons) are held frequently, there will be many issues such as fund activities and venues for activities. In order to solve this difficult problem and avoid letting all the participants work hard, we have come up with a solution: to hold a network study (Internet Movie Salon). We first established a dedicated network of teachers reading network QQ group, developed a QQ group rules. The group rules include the specific requirements of five groups, namely, real-name grouping, group activity arrangements, weekday speech rules, salon speaking rules and withdrawal groups.
