计划经济与市场经济并无优劣之分，适应生产力发展要求的，就是先进的、合理的；否则，就是不先进的、不合理的。由于科学技术与生产力在不断发生变化，两种经济体制都有盛有衰。本世纪６０年代以后，市场经济较为适合生产力发展要求。随着生产力和科学技术的发展，计划经济仍有可能再度兴盛。只能从生产力出发来分析和运用着理体制，不能认为市场经济永远优于计划经济。
There is no pros and cons between the planned economy and the market economy. Adapting to the requirements of the development of productive forces is advanced and reasonable; otherwise, it is not advanced or unreasonable. As both science and technology and productivity continue to change, both economic systems have their ups and downs. After the 1960s, the market economy is more suitable for the development of productive forces. With the development of productivity and science and technology, the planned economy is still likely to flourish again. The system of reasoning can only be analyzed and applied from the viewpoint of productivity, and the market economy can never be considered superior to that of the planned economy.
