党的十一届三中全会以来,我省各级党委十分重视少数民族干部队伍建设,积极选拔和培养了一批较优秀的少数民族后备干部。但从我省少数民族后备干部队伍的总体看,无论是数量或质量都与我省开发各民族智力、振兴民族经济、实现民族区域自治的要求差距还很大,与民族地区经济建设所需的各类人才的要求也不相适应。因此,根据我省民族干部的现状和历史文化特点,我们认为,必须创造良好环境,采取特殊措施,加速培养少数民族后备干部,以满足领导班子建设对少数民族干部的需要。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the party committees at all levels in our province have attached great importance to the building of a contingent of cadres and ethnic minorities and have actively selected and trained a number of better reserve cadres of ethnic minorities. However, from the perspective of the minority cadres in our province as a whole, both quantity and quality are still far from the requirements of our province for developing the national intelligence, rejuvenating the national economy and realizing regional autonomy for ethnic minorities, The requirements of all kinds of talents also do not meet. Therefore, according to the current situation and historical and cultural characteristics of ethnic cadres in our province, we believe that we must create a good environment and take special measures to speed up the training of ethnic minority reserve cadres so as to meet the needs of ethnic minority cadres in building leading bodies.
