目的评价320排动态容积CTA与DSA在检出颅内小动脉瘤的临床诊断价值。方法 23例蛛网膜下腔出血病人同时行320排动态容积CTA检查和DSA检查,回顾性分析两者影像特点,分别记录小动脉瘤发生部位、数目、大小,用统计学方法分析320排动态容积CTA与DSA分别检出颅内小动脉瘤的敏感度、特异度和准确度。结果 23例患者中有20例在CTA上检出小动脉瘤,并为DSA检查证实;21例在DSA上检出小动脉瘤;2例患者未被CTA和DSA检出动脉瘤。320排动态容积CT脑血管成像检出颅内小动脉瘤敏感度、特异度和准确度分别为0.95、1.00、0.95。结论 320排动态容积CTA检出颅内小动脉瘤准确性近似DSA,基本上可以替代DSA对蛛网膜下腔出血进行检出颅内动脉瘤。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 320 dynamic volumes CTA and DSA in the detection of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Twenty - three patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage underwent simultaneous dynamic volumetric CTA and DSA examinations of 23 patients. The imaging features of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. The location, number and size of small aneurysms were recorded respectively. The dynamic volume of 320 rows CTA and DSA were detected intracranial aneurysm sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Results Twenty of the 23 patients had small aneurysms detected on CTA and confirmed by DSA; 21 had small aneurysms detected on DSA; 2 had not been detected by CTA and DSA. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 320 rows of dynamic volume CT cerebral angiography in detection of intracranial aneurysms were 0.95, 1.00, 0.95 respectively. Conclusion 320 rows of dynamic volume CTA detection accuracy of intracranial aneurysms approximate DSA, DSA can basically replace the detection of intracranial aneurysms subarachnoid hemorrhage.
